This is Some Drought We’re Having

Ummm, I have to say I’m not disappointed, but aren’t we usually well into the drought by now? That’s not to say it won’t get bad before the summer’s over, but it’s not near as dry as expected. Even if we didn’t have the rains we’ve been getting, the humidity alone is enough to keep things damp around here. It felt like an armpit out there today.
I know that not all of the lakes here in the Southeast are up to normal levels, but those of you who are fortunate enough to be near one that’s up to full pool should check out the summer sale at the-house.com. They’ve got some pretty good deals on water skiing and wakeboarding gear right now. We got out on the lake near us last weekend and had a blast. It was a little crowded since it was 4th of July weekend and people are so excited they can use their boats this year.
yuck. please stop referring to stuff using arm pit as an adjective. its grossing me out.
I’d have to agree w/admin. As gross as it is, it truly is the most fitting description.
